Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating during our stay. The private baths were a nice touch and added to our overall relaxation. the hotel was conveniently located near local attractions and provided us with easy access to the surrounding area.

The public baths and rooms left something to be desired. The facilities seemed worn out and in need of some updating.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a luxurious 4-star hotel in the mountains. This place is located in the Uchinomaki district, offering a breathtaking view of the surrounding natural beauty. The location is perfect, as it is in the center of the area, making it convenient to explore nearby attractions. The service provided by the staff here was exceptional. They were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The room amenities were top-notch, including heating, air conditioning, and a free in-room safe. I was also pleased to find free Wi-Fi in the rooms, allowing me to stay connected during my stay.

The hotel is in a great location on the mountains and near Aso station, with easy transportation. The staff is helpful and courteous, making me feel personalized and exclusive. The hotel facilities, such as the private baths and the shochu bar, are interesting and provide a wonderful atmosphere. Finally, the breakfast and dinner were beautifully presented, with many courses and excellent taste.

We had an amazing stay at this traditional hotel during our city trip. the rooms were comfortable and had a stunning view of the river. the location was spot on, we were able to easily explore the town's attractions. We also loved the private and public baths, it was such a relaxing experience after a long day of sightseeing.

We encountered some language barriers with the staff, which made communication a bit difficult. the exterior of the building could have been more visually appealing.

We stayed in a hotel in a mountainous region, close to Aso station. the staff were helpful and friendly and gave us valuable excursion tips. the lobby was spacious and beautifully decorated with traditional Japanese elements. the private onsen was a great addition to our room, with a view of the beautiful natural surroundings.

The bathroom seemed a little outdated compared to the rest of the hotel.
